Still Amazed

It was Your grace that saved my life!
And bought my soul out of its darkest night
Into Your light of love!
I can’t believe You’d take my place.
I’m still amazed at Your amazing grace.

Life has taken an unforeseen turn this past week. What was expected came a lot sooner. Yet there is peace, there is hope, there is undeniable trust. As smooth as everything went I praise God for His provision and His answered prayers. Although on the surface, the length and destination of this journey is still unknown - in light of all that and despite of all that - things are good...in fact, things are better than just good.

There are many times I am captured by His grace like when I first tasted it. Grace takes me by surprise. I love that. This morning we sang Still Amazed. It’s a new rendition to an old song that we’re all familiar with. The truth of it powerfully gripped me all over again.

It was Jesus’ grace that saved my life and bought me soul out of its darkest night into His light of love! How amazing is that? Blessed be His name when I’m in abundance and also when I’m in the desert place. God’s grace, His supply, it’s more than enough.

Being reminded of the core doctrine and theology of my life– I’m still amazed at His amazing grace. I’m also reminded that I’m surrounded by amazing individuals. They’re a lot stronger than they think they are. They love a lot more than they think they do. They inspire and support more than they will ever know.

My family, Mike, accountabilities – you are my treasures…
