I've been on a posting frenzy lately!

I've really been enjoying Chris Tomlin's 'See The Morning' CD. The imagery on the CD cover and the title 'See The Morning' speaks of how Christ who is light has come and shattered the darkness. There is life, there is hope, there is light. Halleujah! More on tree symbolism in another post.


Anyway, Tomlin has been on repeat for the past week. All of the songs are really good but there's this one song that strikes closest to home. It's called How Can I Keep From Singing.

At the end of the chorus there's a line that says,

"I know I am loved by the King, and it makes my heart want to sing..."

How beautifully true is that? We are so loved by the King. No matter what we've done, regrets or mistakes we've felt, the tension, the joys, the pains, the victories and the defeats...what matters most in this life is one thing...

And that is, to be loved by the King! Now that truth really does make my heart want to sing!!

So friends, no matter where you are on this journey called 'life' - know that you are SO loved. And not loved just by anyone...you're loved by the King.
